Mood: Disappointed

    Yesterday was our 49th National Day. With much pomp and fanfare, the national celebration was held in our town of Kuching. Traffic vitually halted in the Padang Merdeka area, making it a no-go area. The best way to watch the parade is by TV, which I did in the morning.
    However, I had to go Nick's place to discuss our LEGO project. Arrived at 10.30am, but was greeted by Nono only, the others are still sleeping.  -_-!!! As expected, we played more than work throughout the whole day and I finally left around 6.30pm.
    What was disappointing was 1) No fighter planes as the weather wasn't proper for flying. 2) No public holiday today.
    There was rumor of holiday for our state as the other states had an extra holiday when the national celebration was held there. But as the government didn't want to lose productivity, life went on as usual.
    Oh well, finished prepping up the LEGO today for tomorrow's assessment. Gotta sleep now...

Anti-tank rifle. Obsolete but way cool. My friend say the guy has the face of a man but the body of a teenager. Well... I'm used to drawing teens so... Oh well, I put more thought into the gun compared to the character so I didn't put a lot of detail into it..
